The sunrise and alone time are moments when we can give space to ourselves before the day begins. In this quiet hour listen, to yourself and see the day as new and yourself as refreshed. Even if you've had an anxiety trigger or are emotionally dysregulated due to ADHD the night or day before, you'll find breathing in the space of a new day will set you up with a firmer sense of stability for whatever your mind throws at you or unexpected issue during the day.
