Glimmers

Glimmers are any thing you can see throughout your day that bring you home to yourself. They might be a special tree you like or a star in the sky. When I drive over my hill to go home, the view I see of the mountains is a Glimmer. If you recognise these Glimmers as things that can bring you home if you are out at sea they can ground you. Try to find a Glimmer today. Glimmers can also be heard. I love the sound of running water. I have a little solar fountain, and when I hear it start to pump the water I smile, it makes me feel safe.
