Green Spaces

Going regularly to a space in nature is proven to recharge your calm batteries. Walking in nature or just pausing in nature at least once a week allows you to reset, refocus, and reframe your priorities. Living well with ADHD and anxiety means you need to find yourself a place of natural, spiritual refreshment. It should be close to where you live and easy to find parking at. If you're having a tough day you don't need distance or parking to stress you more. Cry, laugh and be yourself in those green spaces. Your body will know it's going, and look forward to the rest and replenishment.
