Journaling is another of those activities that lets your mind unlock and explore. Just play with this activity. You can write one sentence, a few items you're grateful for, or letter to someone you'll never send. This can be a brain dump, or a place for future goals or ideas and inspiration. Those of us with busy heads due to ADHD or anxiety can find clarity of thoughts as we reflect and pause with journaling. This is also a mindfulness activity that if done regularly puts deposits in your mindfulness account.
